We are looking for a full time receptionist to join our team at the Beaumont Hotel.

The Beaumont is a busy, independent Victorian townhouse hotel in the centre of Hexham.

We have 33 bedrooms, 3 function rooms and a busy restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Checking guests in and out, issuing keys,
- Preparing bills and dealing with payments
- Serving drinks and food in the restaurant during peak time

Specification:

- **restaurant experience is advantage**:

- administration and customer service skills
- IT skills to work with computerised booking and payment systems
- excellent written and spoken communication skills
- a friendly and professional telephone manner
- the ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once

40 hours/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
