A top 200 law firm are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor for their office in Fulham. The role consists of all matters of Residential Property, working on matters developed by Partners as well as developing own caseload.
- A qualified Solicitor (1 years PQE plus)
- Previous experience in Residential Property
- Good client care skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Prior knowledge of Evolution or other office management systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the department in meeting fee earning targets
- Conduct matters on behalf of clients, as well as creating and maintaining client relationships
- When appropriate demonstrate good management skills
- Assist during the absence of other fee earners
- Promote good file management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedure
- To undertake other duties as from time to time required and agreed.
