We are looking for you If you are a dynamic solicitor with comprehensive skills and experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate with experience supervising a small team.

The opportunity with be to manage and grow a team of
- 2 x trainee solicitors
- 3x paralegals (inc 1 Sr)
- 1 AML officer
- Coordinating with the practice manager and Property director.

Your responsibility will be to double the department's revenue by a mix of contributing to and successfully managing the team. The firm is up and coming so there is scope to grow with the role.

Qualifications/Skills
- SRA registered solicitor
- Comprehensive Knowledge in Real Estate both Residential Property and Commercial Property
- Experience of supervising
- Ideally 2 years +PQE
