Junior Buyer

**About The Role**

Balfour Beatty VINCI has an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Buyer** to join the team in **Coleshill**. You will be joining a highly experienced team on the UKs most prestigious infrastructure project

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Sourcing plant equipment / spare parts / consumable requirements / plant services
- Raise plant requisitions in the procurement software
- Track and chase requisitions approval for Plant department
- Build the the Purchase order for Plant department
- Send the Purchase order to the supplier Manage data base for all purchase order (from requisition to payment) for the Plant department

**Who we're looking for**
- Supply Chain / Procurement software experience
- Clear customer focus Knowledge of plant / asset hire industry
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels across the organisation and externally
- Computer skills - focused on Excel / Word / PowerPoint
