Our award winning hotel is classed as Grimsby’s premier hotel. The Humber Royal is an iconic 60s building on the outside with contemporary, high quality design internally, offering sumptuous bedrooms and suites, an A la Carte restaurant, a garden area and private rooms for meetings and events up to 250 people. With stunning views over the golf course, The Humber Royal Hotel is an idyllic place to work offering memorable weddings and events to our customers. This position is for an immediate start.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As the first port of call for guests arriving at the hotel this is a key position and experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Creating & checking of reservations
- Supporting the nights team with any queries they may have
- Upselling the hotels products
- Ensure that all company standards and practises are adhered to at all times
- Providing guest information to the housekeeping team so they can carry out their duties effectively
- Communicate all maintenance issues to the Reception Manager
- Smart and well presented at all times

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a small hotel group with a potential to progress within the group.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.18-£9.50 per hour
