REGULAR REPORTS ON OUR DV SURVIVOR’S CLIENT ’S PROGRESS ATTEND STAFF
- MEETINGS AND HOLD MEETINGS WITH OUR CLIENTS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS.
- PLAN, ORGANISE AND DELIVER RELEVANT AND MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES/WORKSHOPS FOR SERVICE USERS IN AND OUTSIDE OF UNIT.
- COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY VIA HANDOVERS AND EMAILS. PRODUCE AND RECORD REGULAR HEALTH AND SAFETY CHECKS INCLUDING ROOM SEARCHES AND FIRE CHECKS. HOUSE CHECKS AND CLEANING TASKS TO BE COMPLETED BY CLIENTS ( COMMUNAL AREAS, WINDOWS, BATHROOM, STAIRS, AND KITCHEN ETC.)
- GARDEN CHECKS AND BOOK GARDENER. PRODUCE AND RECORD REGULAR MAINTENANCE CHECKS. COMPLETE A PORTFOLIO OF INDEPENDENCE FOR OUR CLIENTS
- ENGAGE IN REGULAR KEY WORK SESSIONS WITH ALL CLIENTS
- INFORMAL AND FORMAL KEY WORK SESSIONS SHOULD BE DELIVERED.
- COMPLETE DAILY LOGS ON EVERY SHIFT. AND MORE

SKILLS NEEDED
- Previous experience of working with people who have support needs
Listens and communicates effectively
Basic numeracy & reasoning skills
Understanding of and commitment to the values of Ability Housing Association
Commitment to promoting independent living for disabled people
Ability to work on instruction & prioritise work independently
Ability to work well with colleagues for the team purpose
Reacts positively to change & improvements
Courteous & respectful to all customers
Accepts responsibility for own actions
Pay: £13.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
