**Job Vacancy: Front of House / Property Administrator**

**Salary**: £24,000

**Location**: 12 South Parade, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS23 1JN

**Job type**: Permanent, full time

**Hours**:Alternate weeks (Monday - Friday 09.00 to 18.00hrs, Monday - Friday 09.00 to 17.30hrs) plus one in four Saturdays 09.00hrs to 16.00hrs (with the following Wednesday off in lieu if a Saturday is worked)

David Plaister Ltd are searching for a Property Administrator / Front of House to join our close-knit and highly motivated team. We are multi-faceted, progressive and dynamic property experts. If you are looking for a new challenge in your career, this exciting role may be the one for you.

**Outline Job Responsibilities**:

- First to respond to all incoming telephone calls (reception desk).
- All general office duties within our fast paced and well-established Weston-super-Mare branch, plus meeting and greeting office walk-ins/client hospitality.
- Diary management for other members of the team.
- Following up of Internet / Web leads and all enquiry routes (daily).
- Assisting with sales and lettings processes.
- Attendance of Property Auction evenings (circa six/seven per year) no extra pay is given and organisation of charity events.
- Use of IT systems.
- Promotion of the business via national competitions etc.
- Vendor and landlord feedback after viewings.
- Liaising with applicants to find them suitable properties/managing ‘hot’ applicants and leads.
- Build strong relationships within a well-established client and applicant base and conduct regular contact and communication.
- Key management.
- Window display and property particular organisation.
- Assisting other team members with daily tasks.
- Workstation and front of office ‘cleaning duties’, plus management of the office accommodation and facilities.
- Opportunity to develop sales and marketing skills and knowledge as a property agent with a structured training program, working closely with the support of a dedicated mentor. This includes studying (mainly in own private time) to pass relevant Propertymark Qualifications. (Company will pay for exams / membership and offer four paid afternoons (one per module) of revision time).

**Additional Terms**:

- Probationary period will be eight (8) months.
- 3 months’ notice period will be required from employee to company.
- 1 month notice period will be given from company to employee.
- 20 days holiday per calendar year, plus all bank holidays. (No carry forward).
- Statutory sick pay only - full sick pay at the discretion of the company solely.
- Studying (mainly in own private time) to pass NAEA technical awards (level three) and to gain membership (company will pay for exams / membership and offer four paid afternoons (one per module) of revision time).
- Attend/run the property auction evenings, (circa six/seven evenings per annum) and various out of hours charity events (no extra pay or time in Lieu is given).

Pay: £24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
