The UX team are the DNA that exists to connect our customers, business and brand. We play a pivotal role in helping and supporting our customers on our Zero Carbon journey by crafting experiences that power the movement today and lead the path to the future.

**This role in a nutshell**:
We're looking for a Content Designer to help us create simple, compelling experiences for our users.

**Your key outcomes will be**:

- Collaborate with product managers, researchers and product designers to create solutions that achieve our business goals
- Define the product content strategy for your product area
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and our product metrics through content
- Use information architecture and prioritisation methods to structure and organise content effectively
- Work with product designers to create new concepts that can be tested with users
- Work with cross-functional partners to make sure our content connects across all parts of the user experience
- Contribute to our content and UX community by participating in crits, sharing skills, and advocating for content design
- Work alongside content producers to ensure content is built to spec

**Who you are**:

- A pragmatic and highly collaborative person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You have worked in multi-discipline teams on consumer-facing web and app

**Systems**: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc), Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma

We'll pay you between £60,000 and £75,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us

We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.

You'll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
