**The Role and Key Responsibilities**

As a Learning and Development trainer you with work in collaboration with the procurement team to facilitate workshops in a face to face, hybrid and virtual environment. You will provide 1 to 1 coaching with clients and members of the team to enhance individual learning and development. You will help build and implement an effective workshop schedule. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Confidently deliver pre-existing material
- Research training delivery options and resources including digital/online
- Present learning outcomes logically and credibly
- Keep up to date with the latest learning and development trends and sector based practice
- Work proactively and collaboratively with customers, BTTC employees and associates
- Development of courses

**Essential**
- Prior experience working within a collaborative environment
- Strong and engaging facilitation skills
- Resilient, flexible and ability to work under pressure

**Qualifications**
- CIPD Level 5 or appropriate experience (essential)
- Facet5 Accreditation (desirable)
