Job Title: TikTok Live Influencer Creator Manager

**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about social media and eager to work in the exciting world of TikTok Live? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic TikTok Live Influencer Creator Manager to join our agency. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding our talented creators while actively growing our community. If you're outgoing, love communicating with diverse individuals, and are ready to take on new challenges, this opportunity is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication Support: Assist with the overall communication within the agency, ensuring that creators and team members stay connected and informed.

2. Creator Recruitment: Actively search for and identify potential new creators who align with our agency's mission and values. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our talent pool.

3. Creator Support & Guidance: Provide daily support and guidance to creators, helping them navigate TikTok Live, offering tips to improve their Live skills, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

4. Creator Training: Participate in the training of creators, both new and existing, to enhance their abilities and foster a dynamic and engaging community.

5. Campaign Information: Keep creators informed about upcoming and exciting campaigns, encouraging their active participation and ensuring they make the most of these opportunities.

6. Battles Arrangement: Organize thrilling and competitive battles between our creators and other TikTok Live creators, fostering a sense of camaraderie and fun within the agency.

7. Account Bans Monitoring: Monitor creator accounts and promptly report any issues or potential violations to TikTok, safeguarding the interests of our creators and the agency.

8. Agency's Specialization: Embrace our agency's specialization, which focuses on helping creators monetize on TikTok Live, and work to optimize revenue generation opportunities for our talent.

Qualifications:

- No specific qualifications are required for this position but an outgoing and enthusiastic personality is a must. Your energy and passion will inspire our creators and contribute to a positive work environment. Having a strong understanding of TikTok is desirable but not required. Social media/sales experience is also desireable. Having a positive outlook towards social media/TikTok is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to engage effectively with creators and team members.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with various individuals on a daily basis.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
- Able to work towards targets every month.
