Whatare we looking for

In thisexciting role you will be working within the Client Servicesteam.

Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Supportwith the daytoday management of influencer contentcampaigns
  • Responsible forbuilding and nurturing relationships withcreators
  • Support thecampaigns team with strategic creator research vetting sourcing andoutreach
  • Oversee and managecampaigns via our platform Waves including brief & contentuploads and creatorpayments
  • Take ownership ofour selfservice clients on the platform providing them with 360support on theircampaigns
  • Work onendofcampaign reports alongside Account Managers and Directors toensure we exceed clientexpectations

Experience:

  • Minimumof 1 year experience in an influencer marketing or social mediarole
  • Experience beingorganized and meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellentattention to detail
  • Highenergy and ability to multitask with a real ability to quicklyprioritize across severalprojects
  • A proven teamplayer with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goalsand supporting the work ofothers
  • Able to build strongrapport and relationships both internally andexternally
  • The ability toremain calm underpressure
  • Not afraid to rollthe sleeves up and get involved with daytoday tasks whenrequired
  • Strong negotiationpresentation and communicationskills
