My client in the engineering industry based in the west of Glasgow is looking for an experienced document controller to organise their busy team. Your focus of this job is to assist the Systems and Calibration team with project management and document control.
39 hours:
- Mon - Thu: 08:00 - 16:00
- Fri: 08:00 - 15:00
Main duties:
- Process all project documentation
- Provide document management support to project team
- Provide full administration support to managers
- Quality Assurance
- Responsible for the coordinating of information being distributed to management team
- Work to tight deadlines set by managers
- Must have a strong work background in document control positions
- Be used to working to compliance and quality standards
- Flexible working approach to support the needs of the business
- Proactive and able to think fast on your feet
- Able to work to constricting deadlines and juggle workload when required
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
