**Nursery Room Leader/Third in Charge - UK Leading Childcare & Play Provider**

**Walton-on-Thames, Surrey (KT12)**

**Up to £28k (dependent on experience and qualifications)**

We are working with a unique and innovative organisation in the childcare sector who are looking for a Room Leader or Third in Charge to join one of the fastest growing organisations in the childcare and early years sector, with an incredibly exciting 2-3 year growth plan ahead

You will be overseeing the Baby Room at this brand-new venue in the heart of Walton-on-Thames and this is a great opportunity for an individual to showcase their experience and knowledge to have an immediate impact at what will be an initially small nursery provision with plans to develop in the near future.

**You will need to bring**:

- Experience of nursery leadership
- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- Knowledge of the current EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Proven experience and evidence of improving quality in a nursery setting
- A passion for childcare and child development
