Our services ranged from facilitating the university’s joint degree cooperation, Study Abroad Programme, Cambridge Oxford London Summer/Winter Schools, Visiting Fellowships Programme, Online Academics, Research and Professional Training Programme, and networking events, including International Education Summit, etc.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring the smooth planning and running of the online and residential education programmes and events by deadlines
- Ensuring provision of high-quality service before and throughout the programmes
- Supporting recruitment, retention, training and management of the seasonal staff
- Suppliers management (including accommodation, transport, activities, etc.)
- Taking care of student wellbeing, and ensuring students’ satisfaction
- Dealing with last minute change and problems
- Being on-call throughout the summer peak operation period
- Working with the business development and marketing team to address inquiries pre-programmes, during the programmes, and after the programmes.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree
- At least 2 years experience in relevant roles
- Target driven - the ability and flexibility to work in a fast pace, deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good understanding of the education sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical abilities, and strength in problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Right to work in the UK

**Salary**:starting from £24,000-£26,000 per year plus annual bonus
