**Role Description**:
Experience Team Member will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to owners and guests visiting the holiday park. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, guest interaction, and problem-solving.
**Duties will include**:
**Guest Reception**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the holiday park.
- Check guests in/out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in booking details.
- Provide information about park facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the booking system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date guest records.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash transactions.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of guest information packs.
**Communication**:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Keep guests informed about any park events, updates, or changes.
**Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to challenges.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other team members, including housekeeping and maintenance staff, to ensure a coordinated effort in providing an excellent guest experience.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
