**Motorcycle Showrooms Retail Assistant**

As one of the largest multi-franchise motorcycle retailers in the UK, Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic individual to join our Showrooms.

**ABOUT FOWLERS**

**THE ROLE**:You will be able to a) ‘qualify’ telephone leads, i.e., evaluate callers to determine whether they are a good fit for the product;, b) prospect potential leads; and c) meet and greet customers who are seeking to purchase new and used motorcycles and scooters. The job involves ‘qualifying’ customers; pricing the purchase; and assessing part-exchanges before handing over to a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager, who will conclude the transaction. The role includes being involved in all aspects of showroom maintenance.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent customer service skills and the desire to deliver exceptionally good customer service.
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs in Maths and English, grades A to C, or 9 to 5, or equivalent.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with an ability to engage with all customers.
- Experience of automotive sales or the hospitality sector an advantage.
- An enthusiasm for motorcycles and/or scooters will be an asset.
- Computer literate and numerate with very good organizational and administration skills.
- An excellent communicator who is fluent in the English Language, both verbal and written.
- Energetic, flexible, and target-driven with a determination to succeed.
- Happy to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative, whilst being a good team player.
