We are seeking a reliable, conscientious, adaptable and self-motivated e-commerce operations assistant who is eager to become an integral part of our fast-growing and dynamic company based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

**The role**:
You must be a team player and able to communicate well with colleagues and be willing to learn. Flexibility is key in this role as no day is the same in our warehouse. You need to have the ability to lift heavy goods (up to 25KG) and be confident on platform steps.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing of customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners accurately while maintaining high packing standards.
- Dispatching of orders via multiple carriers.
- Replenishing of Pick Face Locations.
- Ensuring the standard of the warehouse is maintained and kept clean and tidy.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.
- Liaising with colleagues, delivery companies and suppliers.
- Any other reasonable request set by management.
- Assist in other areas of the business to satisfy peaks in demand.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A good level of computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good level of understanding and spoken English.
- Ability to take direction and following instruction.
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse environment and experience with WMS.
- Experience of using an electric stacker truck.

This is a permanent, full time role based at our HQ in Knutsford. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm however flexibility will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
