**Deputy Clinic Manager
Sidcup, Bexley
£40,000 to £41,000** + £3k joining bonus

This client is one of the world's largest independent renal care providers and they are committed to developing the best renal care services in dialysis, whilst continually improving the quality of life of their patients.

**The Role**

Within this role as a Deputy Nurse Manager you will manage the dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager, and assist in the daily operational and clinical management within this centre.

Key duties include:

- Providing support, guidance and supervision to staff, ensuring high levels of patient care and providing specialised nursing knowledge to assist junior staff with developing and expanding their knowledge
- Developing and promoting good working relationships with all relevant parties
- Ensuring all equipment is fully maintained and operational
- Discuss and evaluate patients' health concerns, deal with these accordingly and plan and implement patient care programs
- Ensuring services are continually improving and of a high quality, and complying with best practice guidelines
- RGN with NMC registration
- Basic qualification in Renal Nursing (Diploma, ENB Course or equivalent)
- At least 2 years' experience in dialysis working at a senior level
- Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses

This is a full-time position of **37.5 hours per week** with a mixed shift pattern from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6am and 11.30pm (no nights or Sundays).

Our client is offering a competitive salary **up to £41,000**depending on experience plus allowances and benefits such as: 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), life assurance and pension and attractive joining bonus
