**Purpose of the role**

In our skilled Butchery department, we are looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated individual to join our successful and growing butchery department.

Working with fellow experienced skilled butchers, alongside training apprentices, there is a collective responsibility to maintain a safe, compliant and high functioning department, maintaining good contact with the wider business to appropriately stock the business and fulfil orders.

Please note this role is at a wholesale butchery and is not customer facing.

Skilled butchery is a key component of our business and the right person will be a fundamental part of the businesses continuing success.

Salary is £28,000+ depending on experience plus bonus scheme.

If living locally and don't drive, a pick up and drop home service is available, however, we are on main bus/cycle route too.
