**Description**

Kenvue is recruiting for a Commercial Analytics Executive, located in High Wycombe.

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team is seeking someone with proficient analytical capabilities that can transform large data sets into insights that build value for shoppers, customers and J&J. This will drive insight led decision making throughout different functions of the business. You will work across the entire J&J portfolio building a deep understanding of commercial analytics and the powerful impact of data within business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handles a range of dashboards and reports from data concatenation through to data visualisation, developing new solutions as data adapts or new data becomes available
- Supports other functions with both the development of new tools to improve insight availability throughout the business, and analytics support on various projects that arise to tackle business needs.
- With a digital first mentality, pursue data integration and automation throughout the business.
- Identifying and finding creative solutions to problems that arise with data inputs
- Working with the RGM team to create and continuously improve insights from the data that lead to actions that drive business performance
- Increase the capabilities of the organisation on tools and software that aid the above points

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Degree level Education or equivalent

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Experience in analytics practise with evidence of insight driven decision making
- Evidence of strategic orientation and ability to lead to execution
- Entrepreneur mentality with the ability to translate market and organisational data into insights
- Excellent communicator & collaborator with influential leadership skills
- Performance orientated, ability to adapt to change and a solution focused approach

**Preferred**:

- Excellent IT Skills (especially Excel, PowerBI desirable)
- Experience in a Commercial / National Accounts consumer goods company.
