We have a "brand new/ growth hire” Senior Account Executive to join a well established IT Services organisation.

The business offers a full suite of IT Solutions across; Analytics, Cloud, Network, and Security solutions covering both software and hardware.

About the role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to help with the growth of the business following its success over the last few years. The role will develop corporate relationships, explore growth opportunities, and deliver positive outcomes for existing customers.

You will have good experience in creating and developing relationships at every level in medium and enterprise-size accounts. Your success will depend on a tenacious ability to drive results by being creative and innovative with customers, vendors, and internal teams. At the same time, this role demands exemplary teamwork and rigorous attention to detail to serve the best interests of their customers and the business.

  • You will have knowledge of Networking vendors, such as Cisco and Extreme, with some existing relationships with the vendor's sales and leadership teams.
  • You will be commercially astute in the marketplace and competition.
  • Previous experience in building IT Solutions partnering with a variety of vendors is a must.
  • You will have overall responsibility for taking responsibility for developing and leading the large complex sales opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and driving leads and large deals from concept to completion.
  • This is a "Land and Expand" sales position. You will be tasked in bringing in new business and managing those accounts, cross selling solutions.
