An opportunity to join our motivated office staff at an exciting and quickly expanding company.

The successful applicant will need to be reliable, punctual and enthusiastic to learn our systems and way of working and be able to adapt to change. Communication skills are essential, as this role will require liaising with other staff members, as well as clients and customers.

You will be expected to be able to work independently on tasks, as well as cooperate and thrive with group activities with other members of the administration team, when required.

A functional knowledge of systems similar to Google Workspace i.e. Microsoft Office, would prove useful. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn and assist in all aspects of the business.

**Job role responsibilities will include**:

- Providing general administrative support to colleagues.
- Answering the phone and forwarding callers/queries on to relevant staff.
- Making outgoing calls to clients and customers.
- Accurate data entry and keeping of records.
- Photocopying, printing and filing.
- Updating portals and clients.
- Information gathering.
- Assisting management as required.
- General ADHOC duties.

**Salary**: £22,700.00

Living Wage Provider

Schedule:

- 9 hour shift (including 1-hour break
- 2 x 30 minute)
- Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work remotely:

- No
