We are looking for an experienced and passionate quality auditor to join us in the Children and Family Wellbeing Directorate at Cumberland Council.

In this role you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing the quality of services for children and families.

Working closely with our employees in the Children and Family Wellbeing Directorate, you'll conduct in-depth collaborate audits and assess the impact of practices on the lives of families and children. Your responsibilities will include obtaining feedback from children, families, and professional partners to ensure our services meet their needs effectively. Your contributions will inform practice improvements and workforce development activities, ensuring we continually strive for excellence in our services.

You will also have the opportunity to support practice development, present audit findings and share lessons learned with practitioners, managers, and senior leaders, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within our organisation.

**DBS**
