We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator to lead our HR operations across multiple sites and shape company culture and working environment.

**Your Role**

You'll report to the Head of Human Resources. Together you will work in partnership with the Group Managing Director to drive through positive change. Additionally, you will develop strong working relationships with the Managing Directors of Stone Hardy and Wessex Lifts. Your role will involve accurate and timely administration of HR tasks, promotion of HR policies and upholding core values.

**What You'll Do**
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Manage the department’s telephone queries
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

**Your Qualifications / Experience**
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills including word and excel
- Ability to produce a high standard work accurately in a timely manner

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
