We are currently working with an **expanding facilities service provider** who are looking to appoint a **Facilities Scheduler** at their offices in Leeds (LS12) on a temporary contract for 6 months.

Facilities Scheduler core responsibilities:

- Schedule PPMs, work orders and reactive repairs with engineers, tenants and clients across a range of contracts.
- Log and manage the completion of tasks listed above using the company CAFM system (Maximo).
- Oversee soft facilities services such as Window Cleaning, Security, Grounds, Pest control.
- Support and assist the senior management team with administrations tasks such as producing monthly reports and contract delivery particulars.
- Chasing subcontractors for reports and schedules.
- Working inline with contract SLA’s to deliver excellent and timely service to clients.

The ideal Facilities Scheduler will have previous experience coordinating facilities services and will have excellent IT and Customer Service skills. Having previously used a CAFM system (specifically Maximo) would also be beneficial.

For this the client are looking to offer an hourly rate of **£11.80**. Immediate start.
