**Parts Advisor required in Carlisle**
- Basic Salary from £21,350 + Saturdays + Performance Based Bonus
- 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on rota

Do you have experience working within the Motor Trade from an Admin or Advisory Department and seeking a new challenge with job security?

If you the answer to the above is yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you Our client is in need of a Parts Advisor to join their team in Carlisle.

Applications are naturally sought from current Parts Advisors, who have great communication skills, are prompt, courteous with a professional manner and excellent IT skills.

**Key duties of the Parts Advisor include**:

- Advise and assist customers both external and internal (service/sales)
- Handle all customer enquiries via telephone and in person in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner
- Liaise closely with the customers to ensure that they are always kept informed about the progress of orders
- Attend any workstation within the Parts Department and to carry out all duties necessary for smooth running of the department
- Ensure that correct authorisation for parts purchases have been obtained from the customer at all time
- Carry out loading/ unloading of collection/ deliveries
- Follow the correct procedures for warranty and repair & maintenance and surcharges in line with the company and manufacturer
- Liaise with colleagues as required
- Assist in stock checks and ensure that all paperwork associated with the department is completed
