In your new role as a Handyperson you will be responsible for undertaking various activities example below: Transient foul system - daily readings, weekly emptying & required support to Planned maintenance, Legionella Tasks (low skilled works flushing etc).Escorting contractors
Corrective works that are suitable for the individual to complete, Support property with Waste as required, PPM maintenance & inspections, General building inspections,Task support for Post/parcel delivery, Banksman and task support for two person jobs, Ad hoc cleaning.
