Role Overview

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, engage with our audience, and manage our brand reputation.
- Create compelling content and campaigns to drive user engagement and loyalty.

2. Digital Marketing
- Optimize our online presence and drive traffic to our website and mobile app.
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Restaurant Community
- Build and nurture relationships with restaurant partners.
- Collaborate with restaurant owners and managers to promote our services and enhance their experience.
- Develop loyalty programs and incentives to retain restaurant partners.

4. User Community
- Engage with our user community to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create user-focused marketing campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve our product offerings.

5. Offline and PR
- Plan and execute offline marketing events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communication.
- Represent our brand at industry conferences and events.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Undergraduates who can demonstrate the required knowledge, skills and passion for the role will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a passion for driving brand growth.
