**CUSTOMER SERVICES - ORDER PROCESSING - B2B - BEAUTY - WELLBEING - B-CORP COMPANY - SUPPLY CHAIN - ERP - EXCEL - FMCG - CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - NORTH YORKSHIRE - HYBRID**

Do you have a passion for Customer Services and a good understanding of the Supply Chain end-to-end flow cycle? My client is looking to appoint 2 new individuals into newly created roles to support their B2B sales channel. The team will work closely withinternal stakeholders in Commercial function and Warehousing to ensure the smooth processing of 'orders to cash’, whilst providing the essential interface with Retail customers. Communicating stock availability, tracking shortages acting as the focal pointfor all order resolution.
