County Durham Community Foundation (CDCF) is a vibrant and community-focused organisation dedicated to transforming lives across County Durham and Darlington. They work tirelessly to support local communities, charitable projects, and individuals to make a lasting difference in our region.

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Support the team with branding and tone-of-voice when creating internal and external marketing toolkits
- Writing social media, PR, and website copy
- Completing marketing analysis such as target audience segmentation, competitor analysis
- Working with SEO
- Creating graphics through Canva
- Short-form video for social media
- Updating website and working with keyword optimisation
- Analysing campaigns through social media tools

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £21,840 per annum
- Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week
- 28 days holidays plus 8 days bank holidays
- “Hybrid mode” with staff spending at least 60% of their time of each week in the office

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Confident on social media platforms such as Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Experience with Videography/Photography
- A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
