**The Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the training support team at Citrus Training. The position offers an exciting opportunity for any individual looking to join an organisation where they will benefit from full training, mentoring and development and enjoy career progression within a fast-growing organisation. The Accredited Schemes Coordinator will be responsible for all areas of administration relating to Accredited courses.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Internal and external telephone calls, including covering colleagues’ and other departments calls and when necessary
- Notification of Accredited Courses to the relevant Awarding Body within expected timescales
- Production and despatch of all pre-course paperwork
- Ordering and distribution of course materials and publications
- Application, processing and dispatch of all certificates and cards
- Liaising with Trainers and Internal Verifiers and assisting with preparation for annual audits
- Updating database with pre-and post
- course information
- Maintaining course paperwork archive and filling systems
- All other admin duties related to accredited schemes
- Assisting the Administration Department with ad hoc duties and projects as required

**The Person**:

- Experience in a busy business to business sales environment.
- Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- Ability to communciate effectively and professonally, both verbally and in written communications.
- Strong time management skills, along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent IT skills, especially the use of Microsoft Office suite and databases.

**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 & Friday 08:00 - 17:00

25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas).
