Commercial Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor and report on key customer KPIs including late deliveries and forecasts.
Prepare daily reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate the collection of samples for retail partners, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Assist in organizing and coordinating site events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for customer visits, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
Gather and organize data for various purposes, including sales reports, market research, competitor analysis, and customer crop reports.
Present findings in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes.
Assist senior team members with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Collaborate on social media ideas and posts
**Skills/Requirements**:
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in main software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
Attention to detail with the ability to maintain thorough records and data accuracy.
Flexibility and openness to change, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to collaborate and support the wider team as needed.
