Due to the continued growth and success of our Company, the opportunity has arisen for an additional full time Administrator to join our team.Based outside Ballynahinch, we require someone who is self-motivated and can work on their own initiative.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls and booking/scheduling appointments
Taking payments over the phone
Maintaining and updating our presence on Facebook
Pro-actively contacting potential Customers and following leads
Completing and submitting all Grant paperwork
Liaising with NIHE, Building Control and Colleges
Ordering parts
Registering warranties
Upkeep of company databases
Essential criteria:
- Previous office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Good telephone manner
GCSE English Language or equivalent
Own transport essential due to location
Desirable:
- Using Microsoft calendars
Job scheduling
Geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Ballynahinch, BT24 8LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
