Seeking an experienced Key account Specialist who is commercially focused to be responsible for managing queries, analysing data and maintaining client accounts efficiently.

**Role will include**:

- Maintain trust relationships with key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Adapt to a dynamic and fast paced market, providing customers and suppliers prompt responses required.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for key customer account management matters, including timely and successful delivery of orders according to customer needs
- Processing and recording data
- Completing enrolment through analysing and auditing documents
- Conducting research on problems and resolving complaints
- Preparing reports from Analysis of data
- Conducting quality service
- Sales order processing
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with stakeholders at operational level, and key internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating customer feedback on timely and accurate basis
- Travel domestic and International, to attend trade shows, conferences and client meeting as required.

**Technical skills**:

- Degree in business or similar
- Proven experience as a key account specialist
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including V- look up
- SAGE experience would be preferable
- Highly proficient numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Be meticulous and familiar with foreign exchange rates
- Excellent customer service skills
