**Role Overview**

The Digital Systems Administrator will be a key contributor on the Digital Delivery within the People Operations team who are a strategic team focused on creating a simple, integrated, and digital experience for our people, and real time data & insight about our people.

The Digital System Administrator is the perfect opportunity to build a career within a technology driven HR function. The purpose of this role is to provide internal administration and support services, across Bupa’s self-service technology, supporting a broad range of HR and learning topics throughout the Employee Lifecycle.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support our internal customers through multiple digital platforms (Workvivo, Docebo and ServiceNow), ensuring that service excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
- Ensure that all the digital content updates (and related activity) are completed, wherever possible within the agreed timescales and Service Level Agreements, whilst maintain accuracy.
- Coach managers and employees on how to self-serve within a variety of systems while helping them with their support enquiry.
- See all feedback as constructive and seeks to make improvements to ensure that their own quality and service is delivered in accordance with customer and manager expectations.
- Be the main point of contact for users of digital platforms in relation to a broad range of queries.
- Define, document, communicate and maintain digital content process and procedures.
- Log and track escalated support queries and work closely with our internal support teams, ensuring that a timely resolution is met for the customer.
- Form relationships across all Bupa functions, gaining insight into their daily operating models and understanding their challenges working together to find a first-time resolution where possible.
- Provide support, help and guidance for users accessing HR support systems with any challenges or difficulties that they might have.
- Proactively encourage the use of self-serve technology throughout the organisation.
- Work with your colleagues, management, and wider teams to promote a continuous improvement culture, to improve processes and ways of working which benefit the website, team, customer, and business.
- Work with our development partners to ensure that the digital platforms can be accurately maintained and developed, preventing unnecessary risk to the business.
- Maintain the integrity of the content and data held within our self-serve tools and associated analytics engine (Adobe Analytics).

**What you’ll bring**:

- Well-developed communication skills, with a high proficiency in written English and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in order to meet pre agreed timescales, deadlines, and performance standards.
- Be able to understand the impact of actions / decisions on both the business and customers by adopting a calm and professional manner at all times.
- Ability to identify problems and know when to refer to the Digital Delivery Manager or escalate to other support functions.
- Understanding of customer needs
- Understand of what makes a good ‘user experience’ when using systems and websites.
- Be able to assimilate facts objectively.
- A strong sense of team and passion for collaborating with others to deliver an outcome.
