**OUR INTERNSHIP**
Our 12 week Summer Internships, based in Aberdeen, are a great opportunity to get a taste for working at TotalEnergies and get hands on experience within your field of interest. The programme’s design is multifaceted, ensuring that you receive the opportunities and support needed to develop on a personal and professional level. These include learning workshops, networking opportunities, training sessions and if operationally viable, a site visit.-

As a TotalEnergies Intern, you will be joining our Exploration & Production Branch to help play a part in our journey to net zero.

**THE POSITION**

The Drilling and Wells Engineering Intern will work within the well construction team. This opportunity will offer an introduction to drilling engineering and well construction processes looking at well architecture, trajectory and casing loads using design software. The position will also gain an insight into mobile offshore drilling unit selection and considerations.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

- Well engineering and conceptual design studies
- Use of drilling engineering software
- Floating Rig selection studies
- Well duration and cost estimates

- In their penultimate year of their undergraduate degree (graduating in 2024) Studying Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
- Available to work in our Westhill office, situated just outside Aberdeen, during the summer months (June to end of August)
