**Salary**: Full Time Equivalent £22,000 to £24,000 per annum, Commission at discretion

Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm

Due to continued growth, we are looking to fill a new front of house position in our sign making and production centre based in Aylesbury.

Signs Express provides a wide range of signs and graphics to businesses. Previous sign industry experience is not essential however, knowledge of print or similar industries is an advantage.

**Description**:This role is primarily responsible for being first point of contact for all customers contacting Aylesbury.

Working closely with the sales manager responsibilities include:

- Logging all activities on our database. (full training given)
- Processing & sending out some quotes through computerised quotation system. (full training given).
- Supporting & progressing marketing initiatives including eshots, mailshots & ad-hoc campaigns.
- Supporting the sales process including quote follow-ups and routine customer contacts including requesting Google reviews.

**Successful applicants will possess the following attributes**:

- 2 Years plus in a customer service role
- Good, confident telephone manner
- Excellent writing skills
- Good working understanding knowledge of Microsoft office Excel, Word, Outlook
- An understanding of customer service
- Self-motivated
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Reliable and flexible attitude to work as required in the business.

Design/artwork skills preferred

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
