About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Administrator to join our team at Biffa Waste Services Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and customer communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
