- Hours of Work: Full Time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Duration of post: Long term, ongoing

**Your Focus**:

- Provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances with a focus on preventing homelessness.

**Criteria**:

- Hold a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
- OR
- Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
- OR
- Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
- Must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure.
