**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,500 Dependent on experience

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with exceptional communication skills to join our team.

This is the ideal role for a customer-focused, highly organised and exceptional administrator. Experience in a customer service/administrative based role is essential, any sector considered however healthcare industry background would be advantageous.

As part of this role you can expect to:

- Set up and manage companies and users on our platform, supporting them in the use of our services.
- Supporting the sales team with setting up, removal and managing new member accounts.
- Run monthly reports.
- Assisting with printing ID cards on a weekly basis.

We are the UK’s leading healthcare credentialing service provider, covering over 300 hospitals and providing credentialing services to over 10,500 cardholders.

Medical Industry Accredited (MIA) offers healthcare providers visibility on who is on-site and assurance that visiting company representatives have the relevant credentials required for entry to these medically sensitive locations.

MIA enables:
✔ Industry representatives to demonstrate they are professionally competent and appropriately qualified to interact within healthcare settings

✔ Healthcare providers to be in control of who is on-site and that individuals have the relevant credentials for their visit
