**Starting Salary**:£20-£25K Depending on experience with on target earning 60k unlimited no capp

An excellent opportunity for a Fleet Sales Agent has arisen at our established and successful organisation.

Autoserve Ltd provides Guaranteed Maintenance contracts and a Fleet Management service to consumers and businesses across the UK. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and our professional knowledge within both the automotive and fleet industries. This role will suit a outgoing confident professional with a strong interest in vehicles and all things automotive.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for fleet account management within the business, for both existing and new accounts
- Will continually follow developments within the fleet industry, informing the account management process
- Make decisions in terms of how best to support fleet customers, working alongside the sales manager
- Work alongside a diverse range of fleets, of various sizes and from various sectors
- Work alongside the broader sales and marketing departments, to improve fleet services and to encourage continuous improvement

**Experience**:

- Achieve monthly targets set
- Build, plan, maintain existing fleet accounts
- Seek new fleet opportunities
- Day to day activity to include, calls and customer visits
- Build and maintain company’s relationships
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Being positive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Assertive and persistent in approach.
- Adaptable and personable.
- Self-starter and personally driven.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Constantly demonstrate efficiency in all situations.
- Excellent team player but ability to work independently when required
- Fleet sales experience
- Ideally experienced in dealing with automotive finance companies
