**What are we looking for?**

- Must be able to work closing shifts (including Sundays). Shifts finish by 10.45pm (weekdays) and 11.45pm (weekends).

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Opening and closing the shop & the counter display
- Providing customers with outstanding customer service
- Processing customer payments
- Addressing customers complaints and inquiries
- Selling and upselling gelato & other products to our customers
- Providing advice and recommendations to customers
- Setting up all areas of the shop for the service, including arranging and labelling goods on the display shelves
- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Ensuring that all sections are always clean and tidy
- Inventory of shop (dry & frozen products)
- Assisting with shop audits

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- £10.00 p/h pay depending on experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
