**To provide all guests with a high standard of service in the bar area. To work to the Hotel brand standards and to keep work areas clean and tidy at all times. To be friendly, helpful and approachable at all times.**:
**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Help serve food and drink in the Inns outlets whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
- Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
- To up sell products where possible.
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company
- To assist with the smooth running of the Food Beverage department and positively contribute to the departments Target.
- To perform all reasonable requests by

**Knowledge Required**:

- Knowledge of Hotel brand
- Knowledge of Hotel values and ability to demonstrate
- Knowledge of the hotel products and services and ability to promote and up-sell
- Understanding of Hotel cash handling

**Key Performance Metrics**:

- Positive Contribution to the department and hotel’s
- Contribution to the department’s Up-selling
- Attendance at training sessions and willingness to develop skills and
- Fulfilment of the job skills

**Attributes/ experience**

Essential
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a
- Ability to work a flexible shift
- Willingness to be multi skilled across the FB Department

Desirable
- Previous Barista experience
- Previous Hotel/Hospitality Experience
- Complaint Handling skills
- Hospitality/Travel/Tourism qualifications
- Experience of using Micros or a similar experience
- Cash Handling Experience
