**We are looking for a full-time permanent Client Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.**

**POSITION**:Client Support Administrator

**SALARY**:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

**WORKING HOURS**: 35 hours per week

**ABOUT THE JOB**

To support the Operations Team with administration duties to aid the smooth running of our cleaning contracts providing excellent customer service to our Clients, through ownership for their support requirements from Mobilisation to Contract end.

Your duties would include but are not limited to:

- To be responsible for the administration of and support to the Regular Cleaning operations teams
- To manage communications, or instructions concerning the Regular Cleaning portfolio in accordance with company procedures
- To respond to all enquiries efficiently and in a friendly, bright, positive manner
- To liaise and support the Contract Managers daily
- To record and follow up any issues that may arise on the Regular Cleaning portfolio eg invoice queries, stock co-ordination, amendments to cleaning specifications, Service Partner services, cleaning standards etc.
- Be responsible for responding to contacts via the Regular Cleaning and Clients Help Desks
- To maintain accurate information on the Regular Cleaning CCF's, complete contract change forms, contract control forms, contract amendments, costing templates, the contract change log, specifications, internal and external credits
- To manage consumables including placing orders and reconciling budgets
- To work within agreed time frames to resolve any issues or complaints
- To assist and support the Regular Cleaning portfolio to ensure Client satisfaction
- To complete Key Performance Indicators and a monthly overview for properties within the Regular Cleaning portfolio as required
- To manage access to Regular Cleaning client portal to ensure all appropriate documentation is maintained in the client system folders.
- To arrange for engineers to attend properties to fix and service machinery
- To send quotations at the request of Contract Managers and the Service Delivery Director
- To book in window and periodic cleaning with the Clients Facilities Managers, as required
- To complete purchase orders for any additional items and one-off work
- To assist in other areas of administration as required
- To support and contribute to sustainability and social value projects and initiatives in line with our Planet Mark accreditation and in conjunction with our company values

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for:

- High degree of customer service, confidentiality, professionalism with the ability to communicate effectively in all mediums
- Organised, methodical, proactive, problem solver with excellent time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 package and SharePoint
- Proficient knowledge of Excel with ability to organize, manipulate and present data
- A high standard of verbal and written English (ESOL Level 2 or GCSE A to C/9 -4 grade)
- Ability to communicate advice, instructions and information clearly and concisely
- A collaborative individual who is friendly and an active part of the workspace
- Previous customer service and administration experience is preferred but not essential
