We have a great opportunity for a proactive, conscientious and responsible Estates and Facilities Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team.

Working from our Head Office, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative duties of the Estates Department, acting principally as a helpdesk function.

The role will also provide cover to the front of house/office coordinator during periods of absence.

The post holder will ensure that our services are provided in a way that is consistent with our values, supporting and promoting an organisational culture that values: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and innovation.

This is a highly visible role, and the post holder will be required to demonstrate an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.

**Responsibilities**
- To act as the primary contact for estates and facilities related enquiries
- To provide administration support to the Estates Department as required including (but not limited to);
- Monitoring of Estates mailbox
- Recording and updating job logging database
- Liaising with Contractors, Suppliers, and colleagues on estates matters.
- Advising colleagues and services of planned maintenance visits, statutory inspections
- Acting as a principal contact for estates enquiries
- Supporting data collection and validation
- Record keeping and data management
- To provide holiday and absence cover to the Office coordinator/front of house to ensure continuity of service.

**About you**
- GCSE Maths & English (A*-C/4-9) (or equivalent)
- Attainment of Level 3 appropriate qualification, (A Levels/Diploma/Advanced Apprenticeship) or willingness to commence on appointment
- Administration and/or Customer Service Experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of MS Office
