**Education Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer - £20k - £24k - Hybrid Working**
**Experienced £25k - £30k.**

Entry - £30k OTE - Experienced - £35k+ OTE

3 days in the office - 2 days at home.

40 days holiday + bank holiday.

Uncapped commission.

**Responsibilities**
- Attending briefing meetings with colleagues to understand the needs of the client.
- Researching, drafting, and posting job adverts through relevant job boards. (Indeed, CV Library & Reed)
- Editing and re-drafting CV’s up to a high standard to be put in front of prospective clients.
- Using CRM software to arrange calls, take notes from calls & update job process.
- Taking inbound queries, complaints & objection handling.
- Motivating yourself & others.
- Hitting targets and KPI’s set by your manager.
- Organising yourself and delegating most urgent to least urgent to respond to.

This is an immediate requirement with interviews taking place over the next week.

Manchester Staff are a specialist recruitment business focused on delivering highly experienced and reputable permanent staff to local businesses.
