Kingspan Insulation are a leading manufacturer of high-performance rigid insulation within the construction industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Product Development Technician**to join our team at our Pembridge Site.
**What’s the role?**
The **Product Development Technician** will be responsible for administration, data analysis and supporting the product testing of current and future low-cost high quality continuous production of rigid foam products
Duties include;
- Quality Control type testing including compression, tensile strength and small scall fire testing
- Participate in the development of ad-hoc tests under the supervision of the Chemists/Engineers in the department
- Analysis of data from trial test results and comparison versus standard production testing
- Support in the creation of technical project reports for product development.
**What are we looking for in our Product Development Technician**:
- Ideally you will come from a Manufacturing or Process Control background
- Any previous experience within Quality Control and laboratory testing isn’t vital, but would be beneficial
- You will have strong analytical and numerical skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop effective relationships is essential.
- Must have a flexible approach, along with an approachable demeanor and an ability to problem solve.

The role of Product & Process Development Technician will work a full time 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
