The Company

It provides equity, fixed income, and alternative investment products, and advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and restructuring.The bank's experienced analysts offer in-depth research and analysis on sectors and industries, identifying opportunities and potential risks for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify emerging risks and engage with technology teams, across various business domains, with an excellent understanding of the business context.
- Identify gaps in IT project process working closely with IT & Business Change project managers/business analysts to close these gaps.
- Support the Technology Governance & Risk Manager with coordination of governance & risk meetings, minute taking including actions and risk/issue tracking.
- Provide support to the IT approval process for which feeds into the end-to-end governance process.
- Maintain governance and risk procedure documents and templates.
- Collaborate with the wider Information security, Development, and Infrastructure Production teams to improve processes that further operational resilience.
- Oversee internal teams and 3rd party suppliers, working with Technical Delivery & Support managers through the end-to-end lifecycle, delivering solutions which are secure, supportable, and scalable, along with on-going operational support.
- Roll out and regularly review applicability of IT Governance framework, policies, and processes across Technology.
- Create IT Control Governance templates and checklists, to be shared with wider technology teams, and regularly track related results and trends.
- Assist with coordination remediation of audit findings and key technology risks.
- Manage the collection of evidence and relationship with both Internal and external auditors.
- Act as a valued team member, providing input into project definition, planning, budgeting, requirements definition, product selection, testing, and process definition phases of projects.
- Have experience working in a financial services company.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a Technology Governance role or related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong working knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and best practices, including ITIL.
- Solid understanding of project management lifecycle and experience with enforcing project governance within Technology.
- Experience in presenting and articulating risks to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile change delivery methodology.
- Experience working with JIRA, Power BI, SharePoint or other similar technology tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
