**Commercial Finance Business Partner**

**Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (just 15 minutes outside of Croydon, easily commutable from London)**

**Competitive hybrid working model - 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home**

We’re on the lookout for an incredible Commercial Finance Business Partner, someone who is established within Finance and a great communicator who will thrive in supporting our online and third-party teams to maximise the potential of their department. Reporting,analysing and informing, enabling the stakeholders to remain on track with their long-term goals, whilst identifying opportunities to improve in the short term. You’ll have a great way of working with fantastic numeracy skills, alongside a natural abilityto analyse data and inspire considered action. **A bit about the role**
- Provide insightful sales, profitability and KPI analysis to the web and third-party teams to drive good decision making
- Build and embed impactful tools to ensure that trading activities can be planned and reviewed
- Build and develop partnering relationships with channel stakeholders and the wider finance department to become a respected member of the team
- Build and develop strong cross functional working relationships across all levels and departments within the wider business
- Work with the Management Accountant team to review month end channel performance, submitting commentary to agreed deadlines based on insightful analysis of reports and KPI data
- Work with the channel leadership team to prepare the annual budget for the channels P&Ls
- Work with the channel leadership team on quarterly reforecasting process with accurate reforecast based on quantified risk and opportunity
- Report daily/weekly/monthly sales & margin, costs and channel KPI’s
- Champion and use the new BI tool to make reporting more effective and efficient.
- Strive to achieve best practice with effective and efficient processes, reviewing as needed.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Experience in a Commercial Finance team within a Retail, Hospitality or Leisure environment
- Fantastic numeracy skills, with excellent capability using Excel
- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience of acting on key trading data
- Amazing ability to build relationships with stakeholders, leading by example
- An engaging approach to inspiring individuals and teams to do their best
- Genuine care about doing a great job and empowers others with the quality of what you do
- A real ‘make it happen’ attitude and creates an inclusive and dynamic environment
