Senior Commercial Advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Director to lead our commercial function and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing construction costs, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Requirements:
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (CQS) designation or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial roles, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving commercial goals and targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

What We Offer:
